hello everyone!! :)our blog's been mighty quiet of late...it's been almost 4 months since the last post! well it's been an extremely busy 4 months for me, and that's how the next 3 years of my life are going to look. actually, i think that might be how the rest of my life is going to look haha. but it's a happy kind of busy, so it's still pretty good.
in these 4 months, i've finished my clinical skills foundation course, had a short 3 week holiday, and started on the REAL postings. this week i'm finishing up my general surgery posting, which has been great fun! the doctors in the team i'm following are great, and they take care of us, teach us lots of stuff, and are fun to be around. takes away all the negativity of having to travel so far everyday (changi hospital!) and enduring the travel crowd morning and evening, plus having terrible sleep hours. now that it's the last week, i wish the posting was for longer! 8 weeks is too short a time to learn enough about general surgery to feel like i actually know some stuff haha...
coming up next! is a week long holiday! :D will be a great break to have, and it'll be quite packed i think, with meeting up friends here there everywhere. plus a much-awaited trip back to malaysia, during which i can have all the food i've been missing for so long :)
i'll try to post again during holidays! meanwhile, buggy you're back, and all we're lacking is yanni. an outing with all 4 of us present anytime soon? :)
