haven't blogged in so long! buggy you're very free now right... :D anyway school's starting soon, on friday. why do we have to start on friday when the rest of the school starts on the following monday? and it's not like it's a nice leisurely intro to year 2...we pretty much start full force...what must the dean's office have been thinking. but then again, it's not like they're known for doing very logical stuff sometimes, so this isn't really something new. bah.feeling a bit sad that school's starting so fast...the holidays never ever seem long enough eh? and feeling a bit pensive...and everytime i want to say pensive i have to spend a moment deciding between "pensive" and "pensieve" argh...no thanks to my dear harry potter series! quite a lot of things that i still want to do :(
this is going to be a busy year ahead...looked at my timetable yesterday and nearly died. lots of 8am till 4/5pm days :( that means less time for sleep play etc etc. and there are so few holidays! 6 weeks in the entire YEAR i think...sigh. that's why gotta play more! and so few days left to do it. but then, things often turn out better than expected, so that's probably just the pessimistic part of my brain kicking in. (i will learn the name for that soon, and lotsa other brainy stuff haha)
but on the happy side....i managed to read quite a few storybooks this holiday!! and they were all great...but i have so many more books lying on my table waiting for me, and i don't know if i can ever finish them :/ i remember reading on bus journeys to and from school since i was in p4...but now the journeys last 10 minutes during non-peak hours (and that's too short to settle into the mood, really get into reading the book), and during peak hours the bus is simply too crowded to hold a book and read without being cross-eyed, and without being another of the many inconsiderate pple all around.
listening to "nothing's gonna change my love for you" right now...going to loop it i think haha...i love all these old songs, they have this inexplicable charm :)
